Massage therapy
Massage therapy is the application of various techniques to the body’s soft tissue. It may include stretching, range of motion, compression, kneading etc. It can be done fully clothed or with application of oil to the skin.
What to expect: Your Massage therapy session will begin with a brief intake and discussion to determine your specific needs. You will have the opportunity to ask questions and we will go over what to expect during your session.
What Conditions Are Supported by Massage Therapy?
Massage therapy has many benefits including stress reduction, improved circulation, enhanced immunity, increased joint flexibility, relaxation of injured or overused muscles, and lessening of depression and anxiety.
Our Massage Therapists:
Cranio Sacral Therapy
Cranio Sacral therapy is nourishment for the nervous system. Clients lie fully clothed on a table and the practitioner gently lays on hands, feeling for the rhythm of the cerebral spinal fluid, and supporting the clients body as he is simultaneously guided by it. Clients often experience a profound peace, restfulness, and rejuvenation. Work often takes place at the head and sacrum, but may take place anywhere the body needs support.
What Conditions Can Be Supported By Cranio Sacral Therapy?
Craniosacral therapy can address stress and anxiety, un-groundedness, jaw, neck, back, and other pain, headache, physical discomfort, nervous system regulation, low energy levels, poor sleep, recovery from injury, emotional/spiritual support and more.

Reiki
Reiki is a gentle hands on energy practice that involves the transfer of universal life force energy.
What should I expect in a session?
After a brief intake, you will then lie fully clothed on the massage table (which can be heated up to your comfort level) where you will be supported with pillows and blankets. Devon, the Reiki practitioner, will gently place her hands on various places on your body-head, shoulders, arms, abdomen, legs, back. Devon will also check in with you during the intake to see if you have any areas on your body that you would like her to avoid during your treatment. People often say they experience the energy flowing as warmth in the practitioner’s hands and in their bodies. It it also often experienced as very relaxing and peaceful.
