After an initial consultation or check-in, Kate invites you to begin by bringing awareness to your breath to calm the body and relax the mind. Starting a session with intentional and slow breathing provides an opportunity for myself and my clients to be present in our bodies. My work also incorporates active and passive stretching to increase flexibility and range of motion, as well as trigger point therapy to promote healing from injury or from chronic pain. It is my intention to create a safe and sacred space for each person I work with to allow themselves to support healing on both a physical and an energetic level.
